Firat Tour works on a “book free, pay on site” basis, so in most cases the question of a refund does not arise — you only pay after meeting your guide or driver.

1. Cancelling a booking

You may cancel your free booking at any time before the service begins. Nothing is withheld, since no deposit was taken.

2. If payment has already been made

If, by arrangement, you paid in advance and the service was not provided through the company's fault (cancellation or rescheduling without agreement), the amount paid is refunded in full by the same method it was received.

3. Weather and operational cancellations

If we cancel for weather or operational reasons, we offer an alternative date or release you from any obligation entirely. Services already paid for are refunded in that case.
