What if I cannot make it?

Will you pick me up from my hotel?
Yes — on most excursions the transfer from your hotel and back is included in the price. We send the exact time and meeting point the day before.
Does the guide speak English?
Yes, our guides and hosts work in English. Excursions run in English, with no language barrier — and we also guide in Russian, Turkish, German and Ukrainian.
Is a deposit required?
No. We hold your place for free and you pay only on site after meeting us. No transfers or deposits in advance.
