1. Subject

The site provides information about excursions, transfers and activity holidays in Turkey and allows you to make a free booking. The company is a tour operator service for Russian-speaking travellers; its activities are excursions, transfers and the organisation of activity holidays.

2. How booking works

• You choose a service and submit a request with your name and phone number.
• We confirm the booking and send you the time and meeting point.
• No deposit is required; your place is held straight away.

3. Cancellation and no-show

You may cancel at any time before the service begins — just let us know in advance. If you do not turn up without notice (no-show), the booking is cancelled; since no deposit is taken, no money is withheld. The company may cancel a service for weather or operational reasons, offering an alternative or a cancellation with no obligations on either side.

4. Liability

The company provides its services to the agreed scope and with reasonable care. The traveller must observe safety rules, the guide's instructions and the health requirements (see the notes on each excursion). The company is not liable for damage caused by a breach of these rules or by force majeure.

5. Jurisdiction

The services are provided in Turkey; the relations between the parties are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are resolved at the company's place of business — Sarıyer, Istanbul.
