This offer sets out the terms on which Firat Tour provides services for organising excursions, transfers and activity holidays for travellers in Turkey. By making a booking on the site, you accept the terms of this offer.
1. Subject
The company provides information about excursions, transfers and other tourist services, and accepts advance bookings for them. The services are provided in Turkey by the company and its partners.
2. Booking
Booking is free and requires no deposit. Once your request is submitted, we hold your place and agree the details with you (date, time and meeting point). Confirmation may be sent to the phone number you provide or via messenger.
3. Payment
Payment is made on the spot in Turkey when you meet your guide or driver — in roubles, Turkish lira, euros or US dollars. The price of each service is shown on its own page in roubles. Amounts in other currencies are given for reference only and are converted at the official rate of the Bank of Russia on the date the page is displayed, so the final amount payable may differ.
4. Cancellation
Since no deposit is taken, you may cancel your booking at any time by letting us know in advance. The company may cancel or reschedule a service for weather or operational reasons, offering an alternative date.
5. Liability
The company provides its services in good faith and to the agreed scope. The traveller must observe safety rules and the guide's instructions. The company is not liable for the consequences of failing to observe such rules.
